Thursday, September 21:

A Bell   Day 3

The National Honor Society will be selling Archbishop Wood Christmas Ornaments.  The ornament features a sketch of the school in gold on a green satin Christmas ball.  A limited amount of ornaments will be available to purchase as it gets closer to Christmas, but to reserve yours, please be sure to submit a pre-order.  Ornaments are $10 each and should arrive by December 1st.  Order forms can be found in the Activities office.  All money is due to the Activities Office by Friday, October 6th.

The Speech and Debate team will have its first official practice on Thursday September 21 from 2:20 to 3:30 in room 231. Congress members should have rough drafts of affirmative/negative arguments for our submitted bills which can be found on Google classroom. All returning speech members must have a category and a possible idea for a topic. All are welcome – no experience necessary! Learning the art of public speaking is one of the greatest things you can do for yourself! Hope to see many of you there.

To All Registered Drivers: You must park in assigned parking spot. If someone parks in your spot, do not park in another spot.  Get licence number, make, model of the car and bring information into room 100 or 239.

Park out front until problem is resolved. Parking in someone else’s parking spot creates a domino effect.

Next Drivers Education Class will begin on Monday, September 25th and end on October 25th.  Stop in room 245 for the registration form.

NHS offers tutoring after school on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  All students are invited to sign-up for help.  If you would like to attend a session, please go to room 230 before 11am on that day to sign-up.

The Animation Club will be starting up this week and welcomes any who may be interested in eventually becoming a video animator or a video game designer.  The first meeting will be held this Thursday, Sep  21, immediately after school from 2:30 to 4pm in the STEM center.  Please stop by if you have any interesting in animation.
