Tuesday, November 8 at 7pm is the monthly Parents’ Association Meeting.  The meeting will take place in the Library.  There will be a drawing for $500.  Any parent who attends the monthly meetings will have their name placed in the drawing.  So not only do you have the opportunity to meet other parents and help the school, you also have the chance to win Big Money!

On Thursday evening the Parents Association is sponsoring a Family Volleyball Night from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. – $10.00 for the Family Please plan on joining us for some family fun and laughs.             On Friday the National Honor Society will sponsor our annual Veterans Day Assembly.  During the days leading up to the Assembly, NHS sold stars so students could honor family members and friends who have served or are still serving in the Armed Services.  Funds raised through the sale of the stars will be sent to the Wounded Warriors Project.

Summer Reading must be completed by Friday, November 11 as this is the end of the quarter.  Please refer to Grade Connect to see if your child has completed this work.  Remember 70=Completed, 40=Incomplete.

Hopefully this beautiful fall weather will continue and the snows of last weekend will not be repeated any time soon.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Harkins
