The Community
Service Corps is a response to the gospel call of Jesus to
serve one another. This
organization invites students to respond to the many needs of
the church and community. The
members take an active role in service projects throughout the
year. Several
popular activities include working at the Soup Kitchen, outreach
to the homeless and the Appalachia program.
Liturgical Participation
Students may become involved in the Liturgical celebrations throughout the
school year. Under
the direction of the Ministry program, students are trained to
be lectors and altar servers for the school community.
Praise and Worship Musicians
The gift of music always adds to the beauty of a religious celebration. Members of the Liturgical Music group lead the school
community in song during school liturgies. The group also gathers to sing at some Archdiocesan
celebrations. The
final celebration of the year is the Baccalaureate Liturgy. The group gathers to sing at some
