Please complete the application and return it to the Director of Admissions, Ms. Roschetz, at 655 York Road, Warminster, PA 18974. For your convenience, the application is available here. Parents are asked to complete a Transcript Release Form and submit it to their child’s school in order for their child to be accepted to Archbishop Wood. The Transcript Release Form is avaiblabe here. Students will receive an acceptance letter and registration packet to complete the registration process. Transfer students and students coming from public middle schools must contact Mrs. Cloe O’Grady, Assistant Principal for Academics, for an interview at the end of the academic school year. Directions for Practice Exam
* Bring receipt card, or e-mail with you for admittance to Scholarship Exam on
April 23, 2016. Arrive no later than 8:20 a.m.
* Test administered in South Wing of school (wing closest to Street
Road). Enter by side door facing Hatboro Federal or by Main
entrance of the south wing on front driveway. Go to second
* Bring two (2) number 2 pencils for testing.
* Testing concludes at approximately 11:00 a.m.
* Parents please wait in your car for your child or in the Learning Commons.

Eighth Grade Scholarship Exam

Current 8th, 9th, and 10th graders may shadow. At least three days’ notice is needed to set up a shadow day. If you have a student you would like to spend the day with, it can be arranged for you to spend the day with them. Students wear their uniform, or dress business casual, and lunch is provided for the day. Drop off is 7:45 a..m. and pick up is 1:30 p.m. There will be no shadowing March 10, 18, and 24-28, 2016. Tuition is $6,800 for the school year for one Catholic student whose family is registered with a Diocesan parish. Tuition for students not registered with a Diocesan parish is $7,800. Tuition for International Students is $8,200. All tuition and fees is collected through Smart Tuition. Administration Fee: $1,200
In order to pick up a student’s roster, the July administration fee and the tuition payments for July and August need to be paid.
Registration Information New Students ~ 2015/2016 school year
- $110 Registration Fee until 6/30/16 (non-refundable)
- $150 Registration Fee as of 7/1/16 (non-refundable)
Tuition has been set for the 2016/2017 school year by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia as follows:
- Catholic Student Rate for one student $7,050, plus the Administrative Fee of $1,200 per student.
- Non Catholic Student Rate for one student $7,800 plus the Administrative Fee of $1,200 per student.
- International Student Rate for one student $8,550 plus the Administrative Fee of $1,200 per student.
Tuition and fees must be current in order to receive your roster.
