Application for Admission for Transferring Schools- Conwell-Egan Catholic School, St. Hubert High School, Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast High School and West Philadelphia Catholic High School.

Financial Information

Tuition 2011 / 2012

Tuition is $5,600 for the school year for one Catholic student whose family is registered with a Diocesan parish.  The Diocesan High School Tuition Payment Schedule can be found in the 2011/2012 Summer Parent Newsletter here.

All Students

Administration Fee: $1,050 payable as follows:

  • $525 (Due July 1, 2011 (Non-refundable)
  • $525 (Due January 3, 2012 (Non-refundable)
  • $25 Late Fee applied if ten or more days overdue

No other checks need to be written to Archbishop Wood, except for tuition or special events (e.g. Graduation).  In order to pick up a student’s roster, the July administration fee and the tuition payments for July and August need to be paid.

Registration Information

  • Register Now, Pay Later ($110 Registration Fee, non-refundable, payable January 20, 2012) – New Students
  • $150 On or after July 1, 2012 (Non-Refundable)

Scholarship Testing Fee

$35 (Non-Refundable due November 29, 2011)

Application Form

Click here to complete the application form and return it with registration fee to the Business Office. Transfer students must also contact the school for an interview and provide official transcripts of academic work.

Shadow Program

All shadow requests must be received at least three days prior to the date that you would like to schedule. No shadowing will be held  February 29, 2012.

Tours of Archbishop Wood are available during normal school hours.  To schedule a tour or shadow day, please contact the Director of Admissions, Patty Roschetz, at extension 268.

Important Dates for the Classes of 2016 and 2017

Spring Open House – Thursday, March 22, 2012 ~ 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Seventh Grade Practice Test* – Saturday, April 14, 2012 ~ 8:00 a.m.  Registration fee of $35 due at time of submission of application form.  Deadline to register April 9, 2012.

Under the Admissions Menu, click on 7th Grade Practice Exam Application to complete and print out.  Mail completed application and fee to Ms. Patty Roschetz, Director of Admissions.
