Immunization requirements have changed for the 2016/17 school year.  Students are required to have two varicella immunizations or a history of the chicken pox disease.  Please send in this information promptly if you have not yet done so.

Please keep us updated on any changes in phone numbers or emergency contacts.  It is important that we have this current information to be able to contact you.  If your child becomes ill or injured during the school day, they must get a pass and report to the Nurses’ Office.  Students are not permitted to call parents to pick them up from school without being seen and evaluated by the School Nurse.  We also request that you keep us updated on all illnesses, injuries, hospitalizations, as well as changes in daily medications.

Pennsylvania School Health Laws state that each student attending school shall have a medical examination once in High School. (Eleventh grade)  Paper work was mailed home spring of sophomore year.  This physical examination is due now.  Please turn it in promptly.

Students are not permitted to carry medications.  (Students are permitted to carry inhalers to control asthma following physician approval.)  If your child is prescribed a medication and will be taking it during school hours, an adult must deliver the medication plus a physician signed medication permission form to the School Nurse.

Important forms are now available on the school website.

Please click on the form links on the left side of this page.

Again, we look forward to working with your child.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns that you may have.
