Academic Philosophy

Inspired by the intellectual tradition of the Roman Catholic Church, Archbishop Wood High School endeavors to offer a rigorous college preparatory curriculum. Additionally, the High School recognizes the many different talents and abilities that exist within the student body, therefore, providing opportunities to explore careers and other pathways. The overall curriculum challenges students to be curious, collaborate, and develop the necessary skills to be successful in this time. The faculty and administration uphold a safe learning environment that enables all learners to develop and practice skills that will be useful for their future.
