This scholarship is in honor of a former Archbishop Wood faculty member Mr. Skip Duffy. The award is a $2,000.00 scholarship for tuition aid that is applied directly to tuition charges for the 2022-2023 school year. The recipient will be determined by the Duffy family and any members of a committee chosen by them.

Qualifications:

All registered incoming 9th graders to Archbishop Wood High School are eligible for the Skip Duffy Scholarship. Students must be in good standing and maintain an 85 average or better each semester while attending Archbishop Wood High School in order to maintain eligibility. Students must need financial assistance. Finalists will be requested to submit a copy of current Federal Income Tax, which lists a student as a dependent. All applicants MUST apply to FACTS from October 1, 2021 - November 19, 2021.

Requirements:

Applicant must complete a one-page essay, stating why he/she wants to attend Archbishop Wood High School. Please describe any school, community and extra-curricular activities. Name at least one accomplishment.
