The Kelly Richards Scholarship for the Performing Arts awards four $1,500.00 scholarships per year to incoming freshmen. During each of the students’ four years, they must maintain full membership in the Theater or Music programs and meet the other criteria specified below.

Qualifications:

The student must become and remain a member of the Archbishop Wood High School Concert Band/String Ensemble or a member of the Vocal/Theater Department. They must maintain an 85 average and have an acceptable discipline record each semester at Archbishop Wood High School.

All applicants MUST apply to FACTS from October 1, 2022 - November 18, 2022.

Requirements:

Applicants for these scholarships must audition for the AWHS Performing Arts Directors. The Performing Arts Directors will schedule auditions and announce winners in early January.

All scholarships are subject to an annual review by the appropriate school authorities. The Administration has the sole discretion to suspend or cancel subsequent aid to any scholarship holder who no longer meets the specified criteria.
