Congratulations this morning to senior Cara Cashman, the winner of yesterday’s annual Shakespeare Competition.
Cara performed a passage from Shakespeare's Macbeth, and impressed the audience and judges with her fine speaking and performance skills.
Next, Cara moves on to compete in the Philadelphia regional competition on February 17th in Philadelphia. If Cara wins at this next level, she'll win a scholarship and an all-expenses paid trip to New York City in April to compete in the national Shakespeare Competition. Good luck, Cara!
Congratulations and thanks also go out to the other performers, for their fine performances in yesterday’s competition! And thanks again to the judges for their hard work.
