Lost and Found
The great “lost and found” purge of 2022 is coming! Please stop by the Student Services Office to check out the lost and found and claim any items that are yours. After this week, the items will be gone.
Speech and Debate:
Congrats to Oscar Nama, Chloe Nore, and Jaelynn Miller for competing in the PCFL Speech and Debate Tournament on Saturday! Overall results were excellent: Chloe and Jaelynn earned 2nd place for their duo interpretation piece and Oscar earned 5th place for his poetry and prose pieces. Great job to all of you!
Speech and Debate will not meet this week, but we will meet on January 20 - all members need to attend to discuss the remainder of the season. Please mark your calendar and be present. The meeting will last until 3pm. Please contact Mrs. Hartranft if you have any questions.
Sign Up for Shakespeare!
Want to participate in this year's Shakespeare Competition? Of course you do! Well then, stop by the Learning Commons tomorrow, Tuesday, during your lunch period, and Mr. Velten will have all the information you need. He'll be sitting at the table with the bust of Shakespeare himself and the sign that says ""Need Writing Help? Walk this way!"" And, bonus, he'll also be glad to give you some help with your writing, because that's what the sign says, doesn't it?
So, once again, sign up for Shakespeare AND get that writing help you need--that's tomorrow in the Learning Commons at your lunch period.
There was a chicken who boycotted the production of the Shakspearian play 'Hamlet'.
He heard that in it, someone was going to commit murder most fowl.
