Admissions is an easy three step process, Apply-Accept-Register. Please know that we are here to help make the admission process as smooth as possible. In order to register, you must first apply and be accepted.

. Within the application we will ask for you to submit/upload a copy of your child’s most recent report card and standardize test result
, or complete a Request for Records and submit it to your child’s school.
ACCEPT - After the Admissions team reviews your child's records and if accepted, students will receive an acceptance email/letter.
REGISTER - After you receive your acceptance email/letter, submit your registration payment through the link provided in the email.

Transfer Students and Public School Students
Transfer students and students coming from public middle schools will need to have an interview with Dr. Katherine Nobles, Assistant Principal for Academics. This interview is completed in Summer, 2022. All students must provide up to date transcripts from their current school at their interview.

The Eighth Grade Scholarship Test is the basis for awarding Archbishop Wood Academic Scholarships.

Fall Open House
Sunday, October 24th 10:30 am - 12:30pm
All of the school’s facilities and programs will be available to prospective students and their families. The program will include presentations, demonstrations, and student guided tours.
All prospective students and families are invited to visit our campus for a personal tour. Please contact the Admissions Office at email@example.com if you would like to schedule a visit.
BE A VIKING FOR A DAY
! We would be happy to host your current 8th grade student
for a shadow day. We invite shadows on Tuesdays and Thursdays, a maximum of 3 students per day. Please complete the Shadow Request form HERE
to schedule a day. Viking guests are asked to wear their uniform, or dress in church attire (no shorts or tank tops allowed), and lunch is provided for the day. Drop off is 8:00 a.m. and pick up is 1:30 p.m.
