Admission is an easy three step process, Apply-Accept-Register. Please know that we are here to help make the admission process as smooth as possible.
For your convenience, the application is available here
. Within the application we will ask for you to submit a copy of your child’s most recent report card and standardize test results, or complete a Transcript Release Form and submit it to your child’s school.
ACCEPT - After the Admissions team reviews the records and if accepted, students will receive an acceptance letter and registration packet.
REGISTER - After you receive your letter and packet, complete the paperwork and mail your completed paperwork (or drop it off) with your registration payment to Mrs. Melissa Nolan, Director of Admissions, 655 York Road, Warminster, PA 18974.

Transfer students and students coming from public middle schools will need to have an interview with Mrs. Cloe O’Grady, Assistant Principal for Academics, after completing the application. All transfer students must provide up to date transcripts from their current school at their interview.

$225 Registration Fee February 2, 2020 ~ March 31, 2020 (non-refundable)
$300 Registration Fee April 1, 2020 ~ August 31, 2020 (non-refundable)

Class of 2024 Accepted Students Reception - May 19, 2020
Class of 2024 registered students and their parents are invited to our Annual Accepted Students Reception,Tuesday May 19, 2020 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.! This is a fun evening to get to know each other... Parents will gather in the cafeteria for Hors d'oeuvres and beverages and students will gather in the south gym for pizza and ice cream. Viking Shadow Program
BE A VIKING FOR A DAY ! We would love to host your current 8th, 9th, or 10th grade student for a shadow day. A notice of at least four days is needed to schedule a date. Please complete the Shadow Request form under the admissions tab to schedule a day. We would be happy to pair your child with a friend or someone who has the same interests as your child. Viking guests are asked to wear their uniform, or dress in church attire (no shorts allowed), and lunch is provided for the day. Drop off is 7:30 a.m. and pick up is 1:30 p.m.
